We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to support our finance team at MAN Energy Solutions Belgium NV. The position is based in Antwerp. As a full-time Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the financial policies and the realisation of the periodical financial reports for our location in Antwerpen.

Your role:

• Contributes as a member of the management team to the development of the general strategic policy.
• Draws up the budget for MAN Energy Solutions Belgium NV, monitors compliance with such, and makes agreements about such with the Head Office.
• Produces periodical financial reports for management information and financial audits.
• Assesses and checks the financial data necessary for this.
• Identifies irregularities and abnormal movements.
• Analyses financial data and presents and explains financial reports, and advises the Managing Director about any action to be taken.
• Handles the submission of tax returns.
• Consults with the tax inspector about tax assessments.
• Arranges the necessary auditor’s reports.
• VAT reporting.
• Annual statutory reporting.
• Controls the input for the salary administration.
• Handles the monthly and annual returns for income tax and other national insurance contributions.Responsible for periodical reports on financial information;
• Approaching debtors in the right way;
• Motivating and coaching the employees in the department;
• Fulfilment of the financial obligations.
