* Ensure the implementation of effective systems and processes to accurately measure business performance and manage financial risks.
* Ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures, and applicable local legislation.
* Maintain the integrity and efficiency of systems and processes in line with Group guidelines.
* Continuously update and improve standard and full costing processes.
* Ensure the timely and accurate calculation of accruals; analyze the company's costs and revenues; compare results to budgets and forecasts; validate findings; and collaborate with local management to propose and implement cost-saving initiatives.
* Prepare financial reports and analyses on the company's performance and individual business sectors.
* Create presentations to keep management informed of results and performance trends.
* Calculate and report clocking data for each shop visit; provide recommendations and follow up on productivity improvements in collaboration with local management.
* Deliver detailed financial business analyses to support informed decision-making.
* Monitor and evaluate company performance and market trends.
* Build trust-based relationships with other departments and colleagues; act as a reliable advisor by providing relevant financial insights and supporting stakeholders in their decision-making processes.
