In this strategic position, you'll ensure reliable financial reporting, oversee fiscal matters, and drive corporate finance initiatives supporting key business decisions.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Oversee the full accounting scope: statutory, consolidated and sectorial accounts (public service and commercial activities).
• Ensure accurate management reporting in collaboration with Controlling, and supervise legal reporting to regulatory bodies.
• Act as key contact for auditors and financial governance bodies.
• Supervise the Tax department (4 people), bridging complex tax matters with executive management.
• Contribute to strategic and corporate finance projects: financial analysis, valuation, profitability studies, and asset-related decisions.
• Support potential divestments/investments and the financial structuring of strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop a skilled team fostering continuous learning and engagement.
• Partner closely with executive management to ensure financial insights drive strategic direction.
