In this key role, Senior Accountant, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and CFO as well as various internal and external stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization's financial direction.You will:

• Oversee and prepare quarterly and yearly financial closings in coordination with the internal team, the external accountants and auditors
• Oversee, prepare and file annual accounts and corporate documents in line with legal
• Develop and manage the budget & forecast processes and reporting in coordination with internal team and direction
• Lead financial audits and ensure proper progress and completion
• Analyse, develop and lead the (partial) in-sourcing of accountancy processes
• Work on the growth strategy of the company, analyse and prepare a new accountancy plan and implement with the budget and forecast models
• Analyse, develop and implement (new) accountancy, financial and data management software tools to optimise operational efficiency and prepare for growth
• Conduct due diligence for investments and divestments
• Support the creation of new investment vehicles and structures
