As Head of Global Financial Services, you are responsible for the overall performance, efficiency and future development of the global finance operations.

You lead the next phase of optimisation following an earlier transformation, with a clear focus on cost efficiency, productivity, automation and the effective use of internal and external delivery models. You ensure that global finance services operate as a scalable, high-quality and well-governed organisation, fully aligned with the broader finance strategy.

• Define and execute the roadmap for further optimisation, automation and standardisation of global finance processes.
• Drive standardization of processes and secure continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency and scalability across regions and entities.
• Oversee global finance operations covering AP/AR, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, statutory reporting, master data and credit management.
• Accelerate digitalisation and automation initiatives in close collaboration with IT and process owners.
• Manage the GFS operating budget and ensure cost discipline and value creation.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance and timely, accurate financial reporting worldwide.
• Manage relationships with outsourcing and shared services partners, including performance, governance and contract optimisation.
• Secure end-to-end ownership of the Global Financial Services operating model, including internal teams and external service providers.
• Provide leadership and direction to a large, international and culturally diverse finance organisation in transformation & change.
• Act as a key business partner to the CFO & the Finance Leadership Team and report directly to the Global CFO.
