As Financial Controller, you will oversee the full budgeting cycle and support sound financial decision-making across the organisation.

• Lead the preparation and monitoring of annual and multi-year budgets
• Analyse financial performance, including variance and cost-benefit analyses
• Monitor expenditures, identify risks, and propose corrective actions
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and summaries for management and stakeholders
• Advise leadership on resource allocation and financial optimisation
• Prepare and review grant proposal budgets in line with donor and internal requirements
