
The Assistant Accountant will support a small finance team by assisting with customer invoicing, following up on outstanding invoices, processing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. Assistant Accountant to support a small team. The vacancy arises due to the upcoming

Key responsibilities as Assistant Accountant
You will report directly to the Finance Director.
* Assisting with customer invoicing for all EMEA entities.
* Following up on outstanding customer invoices and payments (AR / AP).
* Sending payment reminders and contacting customers by phone when necessary for
the EMEA entities.
* Daily processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank transactions.
* Assisting with account reconciliations for the EMEA entities.
* Preparing and generating weekly and monthly reports.
* Handling administrative tasks related to relocation
