Jobomschrijving

Accounting & Taxation

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes up to annual financial statements.
• Supervision of AP accounting: invoicing, cash collection, dispute handling, and credit risk.
• Ensure accurate accounts and strict adherence to group procedures.
• Handle all tax and VAT filings with full compliance.
• Lead quarterly closings and prepare consolidation .
• Maintain strong collaboration with local external advisors.

Financial Management

• Ensure rigorous stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow: forecasts, daily cash positions, and financial movements.
• Calculate and document transfer pricing.
• Deliver key performance and management indicators in partnership with controlling.

People Management

• Lead the accounting team: workload planning, prioritization, and performance oversight.
• Support team growth and continuous skills development.

Additional Responsibilities

• Prepare financial, economic, and social reporting for employee representative bodies.
• Support corporate legal administration in collaboration with BDO.
• Oversee Belgium-specific insurance policies in coordination with group insurance.
• Contribute to salary review decisions for team members.
