Jobomschrijving

• You are responsible for controlling activities during the execution of the projects from Order Entry till Provisional Acceptance, including the follow-up of logistic and administrative topics
• You support the department in having its activities correctly recorded following all accounting requirements and financial guidelines
• You monitor the project execution regarding invoicing, revenue recognition and costs, and compare these KPI's to the initial planning
• You perform all the month-end local closing activities linked to the projects, working closely with the accounting hub
• You provide help and support to the head of the department, as well as all the teams around (Project managers, Product Specialists, Sales).
• You support regular data cleansing activities and data quality checks
• You support the annual external audit processes through the preparation of standard reports as well as other custom reports as requested
