A leading company in the sustainability sector is seeking a talented Consolidation & Reporting Analyst to join their headquarters in Merksem. As a Consolidation & Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for an international group. Working closely with the Senior Consolidation Specialist, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality consolidated results under IFRS standards while driving improvements in processes and tools.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly consolidated financial statements aligned with IFRS and internal guidelines.
• Analyzing and interpreting financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborating effectively within a team of 3 to achieve shared goals.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices.
• Handling complex topics such as acquisitions, divestments, goodwill/badwill, and equity reconciliations.
• Supporting Business Intelligence and Performance Management teams with insights and ad-hoc reports.
• Becoming a subject matter expert on consolidation topics and representing them in technical discussions.
