The Accountant will be responsible for booking purchase and sales invoices, reconciling invoices, preparing payments to vendors, supporting VAT returns, assisting with month-end closings, and acting as a point of contact for external stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.
Accountant – The Job:
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Booking purchase & sales invoices, as well as bank statements
· Reconciliate invoices with the correct Pos
· Prepare and execute payments to vendors
· Provide support in elaboration the monthly VAT returns
· Help with the month-end closings
· Act as the point of contact for various external stakeholders
· Help in the continuous improvement of processes in the accounting department
